2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 1–2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters our fulfillment or printing process and cannot be canceled or changed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following situations:

  • You receive a product different from what you ordered

  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.

5. User-Generated Designs

For custom-designed items uploaded by users, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Spelling errors, poor image quality, or incorrect content provided by the user
  • Misalignment or print issues due to low-resolution uploads
  • Please review your designs carefully before confirming your order.

6. Warranty on Products

We offer a 50-wash durability warranty on all our apparel. For concerns regarding product lifespan, reach out to us with proof of issue.

7. Shipping-Related Concerns

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–6 days depending on your location.
