- All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays or public holidays).
- In case of high order volumes or custom designs, processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always notify you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: 5 to 6 business days depending on your location within India.
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed, as they depend on courier performance and unforeseen logistics issues.
3. Delivery Partners
- We partner with reliable third-party shipping aggregators to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Tracking details will be provided via SMS or email once the order is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- In most cases, we aim to keep shipping charges minimal or offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
- Tshirt Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.

- You can track your order directly on our courier partner’s website using this number.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, there may be delays due to weather, festivals, natural disasters, or courier issues.
- We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, inform us within 24 hours for investigation.
9. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver across India.
- We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
